Why blog?

Well-being is a continual journey. Journeys require some planning, but also spontaneity. Journeys are much more inspiring and fulfilling when you have companions to share the experience. I have created this blog to share my journey as a dietitian for the aging population, as a health coach, and as a fellow traveler on this path of life. I will explore my challenges with creating a path to healthy aging, my experiences with my aging parents, and my journey to a healthier life: body, mind and spirit.
